At Station 69, customer discretion, hygiene, and product safety are our highest priorities.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the intimate and personal nature of the products sold on this website, all sales are final. For health, sanitation, and safety reasons, Station 69 does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

This policy is strictly enforced to comply with hygiene standards applicable to personal-use items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

Station 69 does not require the return of intimate products in order to process approved claims.

Non-Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use or misuse of the product

  • Personal dissatisfaction after use

  • Orders reported outside the 7-day claim window

  • Failure to follow product instructions

Charge backs & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Station 69 directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or charge back. Filing a false or fraudulent charge back may result in order blacklisting and restriction from future purchases.
