All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. Packaging materials do not reference product names, descriptions, or the nature of the contents. Billing descriptors, where applicable, are processed in a neutral and discreet manner.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or due to supplier availability.

Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or arrives incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. Supporting documentation (including photographs, where applicable) may be required for review.

Claims submitted outside this time frame may not be eligible for resolution.
